RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your postcard! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in original condition. Once we receive your item, we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Each postcard is mailed with care from MJW Studios directly to your recipient.
Names and addresses are used only to send your art and are securely deleted afterward.
Please note: once your postcard enters the USPS system, delivery timing and condition are beyond our control — but always sent with purpose :)
